The first brand extension to launch under the portfolio, The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection, was created exclusively by The Ritz-Carlton, The Yacht Portfolio and maritime expert Douglas Prothero, in collaboration with funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. Mohari Hospitality Group is a minority shareholder in the group.
